The following is a list of the ceremony programs, event programs and official souvenirs available. The information has been obtained from a number of sources. If you have additional information or know that listed information is incorrect please email me at orthok@nac.net. According to headquarters the following is the number of programs produced: New York City: 4500, and Washington, DC 1200. 500 folders with the state info card and state stamp cancelled FDOI were sent to each state capitol. It was the obligation of people involved with each individual ceremony to produce the program listing. Three state capitols, due to time constraints were unable to produce a program listing and only the folder and state card were distributed. These three states are Washington, Oregon, and Nevada (Carson City). With out the program listing the distributed items are considered official souvenirs. Nevada had an additional ceremony in Las Vegas where a first day cover was distributed.
