Press kits are sometimes made available by the publicity department of the USPS either from headquarters or the local postal facility.  These typically consist of a folder with information about the speaker, occasionally containing a copy of the speakers remarks, and their publicity photos, and frequently a copy of the ceremony program.   While usually the folder is a simple USPS folder it may become elaborate.
