FIRST DAY CEREMONY PROGRAMS

An official ceremony program is produced by the USPS (USPOD before July 1971) or the sponsoring organization

The Ceremony Program may be a First Day Ceremony Program when the ceremony is held on the first day of issue of the postal emission.
