EVENT PROGRAMS

An event program is a listing of an agenda of one or more speakers or events for a ceremony honoring the same event that the stamp is honoring, or the program for the show or function at which the stamp is released.

 


Examples

Below is the program for the World Food Congress for which the stamp was issued.   President Kennedy participated in the opening ceremony.  Although the first day ceremony is not listed the new stamp that was released the opening day was illustrated in the program.

Another example of an event program is illustrated for the Osteopathy issue.

The stamp ceremony is listed in the event program as shown in the illustration below at 1:30 on October 9th.
